Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Forge ("the Service"), operated at forgeideas.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your Content

  • You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Forge.
  • By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it back to you as part of the Service.
  • We do not sell, share, or use your content for purposes other than providing the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload malicious files, malware, or content designed to exploit the system.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Forge offers free and paid (Pro) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have concerns.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all your data (files, nodes, conversations, profile) will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content. AI-generated ideas and roadmaps are suggestions, not guarantees of viability or success.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
